About the event
Join Leanne Townsend, of Wild Food Stories, for a plant and fungi foraging walk around the festival grounds. On this short course you will learn the main principles of foraging, including safety, sustainability and ethics. Learn how to identify a variety of seasonal wild edibles. You will also learn how wild food can be incorporated into your diet in nutritious and delicious ways and enjoy some wild tasters along the way. Event cost: £25; duration 1 ½ hours; 15 places. No minimum age for ticket purchase, though under 12s to be accompanied by a full paying adult (babes in arms free).
